How to Make a Baby Bootie Bouquet

You can also give a new mother a baby bootie bouquet to congratulate her after the baby's birth. Creating rose buds from baby booties allows you to create a floral-like bouquet. Tips & Warnings
Select two or three colors or shades of a color for your baby booties. This adds dimension and variety to your baby booty bouquet. Rolling the baby booties into rose buds takes a little practice. However, once you get the hang of it each baby bootie rose bud should only take 5 minutes to make.
When wrapping the baby bootie rose bud with green floral tape, make sure the tape is binding the bulk of the baby bootie inside the rolls. If too much of the bootie escapes binding, the rose bud will unfurl.
