How to Stop Spyware Doctor

Spyware Doctor is a spyware-removal program that requires a subscription. A free version may be downloaded, but this version cannot actually remove threats, only scan and identify them. Spyware Doctor charges a certain amount each year, and this amount is automatically deducted from your credit card unless the company is contacted to halt payment. The program may also continue running on your computer unless you uninstall it. So to stop Spyware Doctor, you must stop both your payments and the program itself.

Instructions

1. Click on "Start" in the bottom left corner of your screen. Select "Control Panel."

2. Open "Add/Remove Programs."

3. Find the Spyware Doctor entry and click on the "Remove" button to remove the program.

4. Find the registration code you received when you bought the program.

5. Email the PC Tools sales address at [e-mail] or support at [e-mail] and request that your Spyware Doctor subscription stop. Include your registration code.

Tips & Warnings

• After you stop your subscription, your program will no longer be useful for removing spyware.
