Things You'll Need:

  • A Flying Disc
  1. Step 1

Grasp the flying disc in your dominant hand with the thumb on top of the disc, and the remaining four fingers inside the hollow of the disc.

  2. Step 2

Stand with your dominant leg forward, with your body pointed toward the target.

  3. Step 3

Curl your arm and wrist toward your body so that the disc is near your chest.

  4. Step 4

Step forward toward the target with your dominant leg.

  5. Step 5

Gently extend your arm and flick your wrist, releasing the disc as your arm nears full extension. Be sure to keep your arm as level as possible to avoid throwing the disc at an angle that will cause the disc to veer to the left or right.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't get discouraged if early efforts result in throws that veer at extreme angles. A minor adjustment can make a major change in the disc's trajectory.
