      Open Microsoft Publisher. Access the Microsoft Publisher Catalog. Select "New" under File on the Menu Bar, if it does not automatically open.

      Highlight "Invitation Cards" located in the "Publications by Wizard" tab. Go through the available templates to find one that you can work with. Use the scroll bar on the right side to move through the invitation selections.

      Click on the "Start Wizard" button on the bottom right. Read the information provided. Click on "Next" located at the bottom left.

      Check out the various offered invitation layouts. Select each one to view it on the right side of the wizard. Choose one to use. Click on the "Next" button to continue.

      Decide on the invitation size and paper fold. Place a mark next to the one you pick. Make note of the Avery Product Number. This is the paper needed to print the invitations on. Click "Next."

      Select a color scheme that matches your wedding colors among the numerous ones accessible. View the colors on invitation shown on the right side. Click "Next" again.

      Add the wording to your invitation. Use the "Browse" button to see several suggested verses. Pick one; click "OK" and then "Next."
