How to Remove Lucida Wiper Blades

Wiper blades will probably last more than a few years on an average Toyota Estima Lucida. But if your wiper blades are leaving streaks on your window, it could impair your vision and risk your safety. Auto-repair and oil-changing shops will change your blades for a fee. But changing the wiper blades yourself is easy enough and it will save you money.

Instructions

1. Rotate the wiper arm and pull it up.

2. Twist the blade around to expose a tab on the back of the blade.

3. Press the tab down.

4. Slide the blade off the arm.

5. Return the wiper arm to its original position. Wiper blades are spring-loaded and if it springs back into it's original position by itself, it could crack your windshield glass.
