How to Remove Bumper Stickers From Windows
You're washing windows, and when you venture into your teenager's room you get an unwelcome surprise: He has plastered bumper stickers on his bedroom window. A tentative try at peeling them results in a jagged little edge that comes off with a struggle; is there a way to remove bumper stickers from glass without using a baseball bat? Things You'll Need
- Hair dryer Plastic putty knife or razor glass scraper Rubbing alcohol Paper towels

Turn the hair dryer on high heat and hold it 1 inch from the surface of the sticker. Move it around the 3 inches closest to the edge for 2 minutes.

Gently scrape the edge of the heated area with a putty knife and then slowly pull it up until you feel resistance.

Heat the next section of bumper sticker and repeat the process until the entire piece comes free.

Pour some rubbing alcohol onto a paper towel and rub the affected area briskly until all remaining glue residue has lifted.

Clean the entire window as usual, paying attention to the area directly surrounding where the bumper sticker was attached.

Tips & Warnings
If your teenager was the culprit who placed the sticker in the first place, have her clean it off.
If the sticker is on the rear window of a car be careful not to tear the lines of the rear defroster when scraping the bumper sticker off.
