I've been learning to speak English and taking English lessons online for years. The below tips are as a result of my experience and testing what worked best for me and other people who wanted to learn to speak English online. Most of the tips are free...so it means you can learn English online for free...no need to pay.

1. The best way to start is actually the most simple and (for many people obvious) one: Immersion. Now, I don't say you just go there and listen to the language in order to speak it. You need to do more precise things explained in the next steps. But the foundation is this...the best way to learn to speak English using online material is to try to speak it regularly on consistent basics.

2. Now, what do I mean by immersion? Does it means going in the country where English is the native language? Yes, that's a part of it but since you're reading this article I doubt this thing is achievable for you at this moment. So we need to immerse you online. The best thing you can do now to start is finding a NATIVE ENGLISH buddy and chat with him via instant messengers. It goes like this...you teach him your language, he teaches you his language (English.) While you're talking ask him to tell you where do you sound bad and for suggestions concerning your pronunciation. GETTING FEEDBACK IS VERY IMPORTANT WHILE LEARNING TO SPEAK ENGLISH! 3. Another option is to get a language learning software. If you're for free online English learning then you might want to skip this step.
