Things You'll Need:
- .5 Cups Soy Sauce
- 2 Table Spoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Table Spoon Corn Starch
- 1 Table Spoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Crushed Garlic Clove
- 1 Table Spoon Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 lbs 1/4 inch think Sirloin
- 1 thinly Sliced Onion
- 2 Heads of Broccoli
- 2 Table Spoons Grated Ginger Root

Step 1
Combine lemon juice, soy sauce , cornstarch, garlic, pepper and brown sugar in a bowl and set the mixture aside.

Using a wok add one table spoon of vegetable oil and heat wok to medium heat then add beef and stir-fry the beef for around two minutes before removing the beef and setting it aside.

Add remaining oil and put in onions and stir-fry for 4.5 minutes.

Cut broccoli and add to .5 cuts of water , bring to boil and allow to set their for around 3 minutes before removing.

Now take all ingredients and return to wok add ginger and sauce sauce and let sauce sauce cook to a boil and stir concoction for around 2.5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serve hot over white rice.
