Things You'll Need:
- 6 Ounces White Chocolate
- 1 Cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1.5 Cups Flour
- .5 Cups Coco Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 Table Spoon Salt
- 4 Eggs
- .5 Pint Heavy Cream
- 10.5 Ounces Chocolate

Step 1
Using a vegetable peeler finely grate the white chocolate and chill until needed.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Get two 8 inch round cake pans and grease their bases and line with baking paper.

Mix sugar, butter, salt and eggs into a large bowl and beat until you have a smooth texture. It may be to your advantage to use a electric mixture in this procedure in order to save yourself both time and effort.

Put the mixture into to pans in equal amounts.

Put the two pans in oven and bake for 23 minutes then take them out to let them cool.

Heat the cream and put the chocolate chunks into it and stir until melted before removing it from the heat source and allowing it to cool.

Use the mixture above to place in between the two cakes and all over the outside of the cakes as well in such a way that it covers all surface ares.

Sprinkle the grated white chocolate over the cake and serve.
