Step 1
Decide to leave your sunglasses off for 1 day. Every time you go outside without your sunglasses you are allowing the vitamin D from the sun (even if it's cloudy) to absorb into your cells.

Go outside and stand or sit in the sun. You can keep your eyes open or close them and relax.

Step 3
Deep breathing while you are outside is good for the absorption.

Step 4
You can also add non-hormone based dairy products and some fish to get vitamin D from your diet.
