Learn how to do a backside kickflip which consists of a backside 180 and a kickflip, fairly easy when practicing perfect form!!!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Skateboard
  • Nice pavement etc.
  • Pads if needed
  1. Step 1

First things first you want to have your feet in the proper position, back foot needs to be more at a vertical angle in ollie position. Now your front foot has to be in your kick flip position, maybe a little bit more towards the edge of the board.

  2. Step 2

First nail those backside 180 likes its no tomorrow, thats where 90% of your height comes from(as longs as your comfortable with the landing). To do this properly you must rotate in a clockwise motion, now the trick to the backside 180 is all in the shoulders baby, have your should turn in opposite directions to speed up the process and to get more of a wiz on your spin.

  3. Step 3

Kick flip is next have your back foot in ollie position and your front so that the end of your shoe lines up with the bottom of the bolts and having your foot at a 45 degree angle. First kick the back foot down as of an ollie then kick out your front foot at a 45 degree to where the front of your board is. Stay underneath and practice landing on the bolts.

  4. Step 4

Combine the two!! Back foots in ollie position and leg is vertical(slightly bent) kick back and front foot do a kick flip but instead of doing the 45 degree angle on backside of you(like kick flip), you wrap your foot around clockwise in a 180 degree motion as of backside 180 and turn shoulders, land on bolts for perfection.
