How to Exude Confident Body Language
Your body language can convey a stronger message than your words. Confident body language is essential in any business setting. Everything about your body language makes an impression. Someone who fidgets, slouches and can't maintain eye contact silently tells people that she is insecure and uncomfortable.

A strong entrance is always great in any setting. Walk into a room, with strength. Stand up straight and stick out your chest. Greet people with a firm hand shake, hold your head up high and smile.

Make eye contact with the people with whom you are speaking. Don't look past them or at their shoulders. Look them in the eye.

Don't stick your hands in your pockets or cross your arms in front of you. These actions show that you're worried and ill eat ease.

Don't fidget, play with your hair or jewelry. These actions signal that you're nervous.
