Make sure you also eat healthy. Don't just starve yourself of calories. Take the time to actually eat foods that will benefit the body. Eat foods that will give you much needed energy and nutrients. Potatoes, fruits, vegetables, beans and brown rice are good menu items.

Make sure you stretch your muscles. This helps you to maintain flexibility and can help to prevent injuries.
