Things You'll Need:
- Tins Snips, newspaper print plate(available at most newspaper offices for $.75 each or less). Pliers and rubber hammer. Metal or wooden rod 10 inches long and thick as a bic ball point pen. 4 screws f

Step 1
To get started you will need to lay out the print sheet and place a license plate on it and draw the outline of the plate with a marker. the add One inch all the way around.
At the corner of the diagram cut with the tin snips 1/2 inch in on all four corners. -
Step 2
Using the wood or metal rod fold the metal over the rod on the top and bottom. Then do the same on each side. This should result in space large enough to put your license plate into.
Now measure the distance between the screws on the license plate holder of the vehicle and mark the holder to match the spacing. Drill Holes to size. -
Step 3
One you have mounted the holder slide the license plate into the holder and crimp the sides and top to secure the plate.
