How to Lose Weight on the Lemonade Diet

Losing weight is a big concern for many. Therefore, many dieticians have come up with many diets to help people lose weight. A lemonade diet is one of those diets. The diet not only helps in weight loss but also in ridding the body of toxins.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 T Lemon Juice
  • 10 oz Purified Water
  • 2 T Maple Syrup
  • 1/10 tsp Cayenne Powder
  1. Step 1

    Combine ingredients. Mix the above ingredients together in as many glasses as possible each day. The idea is to cleanse the body of toxins and thus increase weight loss. The ingredients listed are for one serving of the diet lemonade.

  2. Step 2

    Control hunger. Hunger will appear during the first 24 to 48 hours on the lemonade detox diet. Combat this hunger by drinking more lemonade.

  3. Step 3

    Exercise to increase weight loss. Detoxing the body is just the first step to losing weight. Exercising daily can increase calorie burn and overall weight lost on the lemonade diet.

  4. Step 4

    Maintain weight loss. After the completion of the lemonade diet, keep the weight off by eating healthy foods that are low in calories. The diet lemonade can be used at any time to fulfill hunger cravings.
