Things You'll Need:
- Pork Chops
- BBQ Grill
- Lea and Perrins famous Worcestershire Sauce
- Tony Chacere's Original Creole Seasoning
- Turkey Baster
-
Step 1
Buy whatever quantity fresh pork chops you like, but don't get the pretty ones with all the fat trimmed off. You want the sloppy looking value pack for this, less than a half inch in height and with a liberal amount of fat.
-
Step 2
Place pork chops in a flat baking pan or container with high sides. Coat the chops liberally (both sides) with Tony Chacere's Original Creole Seasoning. Now pour in a lot of Worcestershire sauce, being sure to get all the chops well soaked. The sauce should almost cover the top of the chops. Shake a bunch more Tony's on top. Cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours.
-
Step 3
Get your grill very hot, then cook the chops. Allow them to remain on each side long enough to char nicely. Baste with the remaining marinade as the chops cook. Pull them off the grill when done and serve with whatever you like. I find they go nicely with Kraft Macaroni and Cheese.

5*!
I'm not really a pork chop fan, but after I posted my article on pork chops, I figured I'd go around and see what other people do to make them yummy. I'll try this! Thanks!
