This article is on how to get rid of migraine or sinus headache.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The best way to get rid of migraine & sinus headaches (of which I experience quite frequently) is to get a jar of Therapeutic Mineral Ice, which you can find at most drug stores & grocery stores.

  2. Step 2

Take a good sized dollop of the gel and spread it onto your fingertips. Massage the gel directly up the back of your neck and into your entire scalp. This gel is not greasy & will not leave your hair greasy or oily. For sinus pressure, take a small amount of this gel & massage it into your temples in a circular motion. Do not get this gel in your eyes.

  3. Step 3

Massage for 5 to 10 minutes & then go lay down for about 20 minutes. You don't need to sleep; just close your eyes & relax.
Your headache should now be gone!!

Tips & Warnings
  • Be sure not to get this gel in your eyes. If you do, rinse with water immediately.
