Things You'll Need:
- Polymer clay several colors and brand of your choice.
- Pasta machine

Step 1
Condition the polymer clay

Take color # 1 (color of your choice). Roll it through the thickest setting on the pasta machine. Trim the edges on the sheet of clay to make a nice rectangle. Starting with the short side of the polymer clay rectangle roll the clay to make a log. This will make the center of the can.

Put color # 2 through the thickest setting on the pasta machine. Trim the edges to fit the log. (Color# 1) Wrap the log with this sheet. Be sure to make a butt joint at the end. Blend the seam with your finger. A butt joint is when two edges meet not overlap. Repeat this step with the remaining color.

Step 4
While assembling the cane keep an eye on the thickness of each layer. If the thickness is to thin add another sheet of the same color.
