The Key Lime Martini Cocktails are just too good!
The Key Lime Martini Cocktails are just too good!

We ran across these delightful Key Lime Martini cocktails while on a trip to Key West. Easy to make and totally delicious to drink, these martinis are like drinking a slice of Key Lime Pie - and, let me tell you, after our 'vacation', we needed it.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Graham crackers
  • Rose's Lime Juice
  • Vanilla Vodka
  • Licor 43 (Cuarenta Y Tres)
  • Sour mix
  1. Step 1

It's not a Key Lime Martini if the glass isn't garnished properly. Start by chilling a large martini glass in the freezer. Dip the rim in Rose's Lime Juice and then give it a twirl in graham cracker crumbs. Add a wedge of lime to the rim for a particularly festive martini cocktail.

  2. Step 2

Add 3 oz good quality vodka (such as Stolichinaya) to a martini shaker. Add 1 ounce Licor 43 (which I'd never heard of) to the shaker, along with a dash of Rose's Lime juice. Top off with an ounce of sour mix.

  3. Step 3

Shake martini shaker well - you want small slivers of ice to form on the top of each drink. Pour into graham cracker rimmed martini glasses and enjoy. These key lime martini cocktails might just be too good..
