Know If You Should Circumcise

There are many opinions around as to why you should circumcise. One of the most argued points is the cleanliness of an an uncircumcised **** versus a circumcised one. If you decide to circumcise your son you need to know that it is permanent. Once the circumcision is done you can't change your mind.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Research! Research! Research! Learn all you can about circumcision. Read the pros and cons. Address your own reasons as to why you would circumcise your son. Is it for religious reasons? Is it personal? Is your partner circumcised and wants your sons **** to look like his? One of the arguments that I hear men make about why their son should be circumcised is they want them to fit in with other boys. Keep in mind that less than 40% of the boys in the United States are circumcised.

  2. Step 2

You should be aware that circumcision is permanent. The skin at the tip of the **** is referred to as the foreskin. Now while there is no medical reason to remove the skin some believe that the **** looks cleaner without the foreskin. To perform the circumcision that foreskin is cut away in a circular cut all the way around the tip of the ****. While most of the time there are no complications occasionally mistakes are made. Some boys end up with a thick ridge where the foreskin was and others end up with half their **** gone;READ As nature made him: The boy who was raised as a girl by John Colapinto

  3. Step 3

If you decide to circumcise ask your doctor or pediatrician if they can use a local anesthetic to numb the foreskin. This will make it easier for the baby. Some doctors will tell you that the baby doesn't feel the pain. This is not true. Your son does feel the pain.
