How to Make Strawberry Champagne Punch

This is a very easy punch recipe to make.
It is great to serve for entertaining, showers, weddings and holiday parties...

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    This recipe takes about 5 minutes to make.
    this is the recipe:
    2 packages (10 Ounces each) sliced frozen strawberries in syrup thawed
    2 cans(5 1/2 ounces each) of apricot nectar
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 Tablespoons honey
    2 bottle Champagne or sparkling white wine, chilled

  2. Step 2

    Place strawberries and syrup in a blender and blend until smooth.
    Pour into the punch bowl.
    Stir in the nectar, lemon juice and honey. Mix well.
    Refrigerate until time to serve.

  3. Step 3

    When ready to serve, add the
    champagne or wine to the strawberry punch and stir.
    Ladle into glasses or punch bowl cups and garnish with a fresh strawberry.

  4. Step 4

    If children will be attending the get together, you can make the same recipe for them and just leave out the champange or wine. You can also freeze some of this in ice trays for the kids.You can find decorative ice trays in some discount stores and freeze the ice in shapes of hearts,stars,etc.

Tips & Warnings
  • Freeze some of the strawberry punch prior to adding the champagne or wine in a decorative mold. Add to the punch bowl for decoration and to keep the punch cold.
  • Do not give the champagne or wine punch to minors
