Things You'll Need

  • 1 750 mL bottle of extra-dry Champagne or other white sparkling wine
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 1 2 L bottle of ginger ale
  • Champagne flutes
  • Punch Bowl

Instructions

      Slice strawberries. Reserve several whole strawberries and place one in the bottom of each Champagne flute, if desired.

      Combine sliced strawberries, Champagne and ginger ale in punch bowl.

      Ladle punch into Champagne flutes and serve.

Tips & Warnings

  • The sparkling wine does not need to be expensive but, for the best tasting punch, choose a high quality sparkling wine you would enjoy to drink by itself.

  • To make a non-alcoholic version of this drink, substitute sparkling grape juice for the Champagne.
