First you need to know frogs like to be in water or land depending on what type it is. Toads like to mostly live on land. But before you buy your pet frog or toad, you'll need to do some research on it.

Once you're done with your research you will need some some materials for your frog or toads habitat. Here is what you will need: a large or small empty aquarium, soil if it is a toad, or if its a frog that mostly lives in water. Fill your aquarium with water. The next item that you need is artifical or real plants, depending on your preference. You will also need a water bowl if it lives on land. Other than those materials, you can add more if you would like.

You should feed your frog or toad two times a week regularly. They like to eat crickets, worms, or if it is an aquatic frog you can buy pellets. Do not feed your frog too much because if it eats too much it could get sick or possibly die.
