Extracted from the aloe vera plant, the gel is also known for supporting overall health. Aloe vera juice, which is made from the gel, is believed to boost the immune system when consumed regularly.   • Aloe vera leaves
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 green apple, cut up
  • 1 carrot, cut up
  • 3 tbsp. coconut milk
  • Blender

Instructions

  1. Aloe Vera Juice

    • 1

      Cut 3 aloe vera leaves into 3/4-inch pieces.

      Place 1 cup of water in a pot. Add the aloe vera pieces.

      Bring the mixture to a boil. Let the mixture boil slowly for 3 minutes.

      Remove the pot from the heat, and let it cool.

      Remove the aloe vera leaves from the pot, and drink the juice.

    Tropical Aloe Vera Juice Drink

      Remove the pulp from an aloe vera leaf by cutting the leaf open and scooping out the pulp.

      Place the aloe vera pulp in a blender. Add 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks, 1 cut-up apple, 1 cut-up carrot and and 3 tbsp. coconut milk.

      Blend until smooth.
