Step 1
Getting rid of puffy eyes can be done in many ways. You can follow grandma's old school techniques and remedies, or you can follow my tips I've learned in 10+ years in the skin care industry. My main tip to get rid of puffy eyes is to apply an eye serum. Eye serums were made to do exactly that, get rid of puffy eyes and make the eyes appear healthier and younger. Your eyes are the focal point of your face, and in order to look healthy, you can't afford to have puffy eyes. Apply an eye serum in the AM, and if you have VERY puffy eyes, apply one in the PM. Eye serums containing 24k gold have been ranked the best in consumer reviews, and have been an effective treatment used to get rid of puffy eyes in recent years.

Step 2
A remedy I also apply to getting rid of puffy eyes is to boil tea in a pot, just like if you were going to drink it. Then, once the tea is absorbed into the water, remove the tea bags and freeze them. Take them out of the freezer in a few hours and use them as cold packs, holding them under your eyes for 10 minutes at a time, or until your face is almost numb.

Step 3
Lastly, you can always apply an over the counter wrinkle cream. Wrinkle creams that contain retinol often do the trick, as retirol is a common ingredient in wrinkle creams and works the skin at the surface.
