2. Post daily fresh content on your niche site. This is not necessarily a requirement as it is a recommendation. A good way to do this is to make your site into a niche blog. Motivation is key, so don't offer content about a topic you don't have a deep interest in.

3. Put Google Adsense and other sponsored ads on your niche blog or niche site. This is how you will create passive revenue on your site. If you offer a user good content and a reason to come back time to time, you increase your chances tenfold of receiving PPC (pay per click) success.

4. Sell direct advertisements in a 125x125 format. This ad size is convenient to use, can be implemented into many designs, and allows you to offer a lot of ad space to customers for affordable prices. Set up a weekly or monthly contract with clients and watch the money roll in with your niche web site.

5. Sign up and use affiliate links. If you have a technology based niche site or blog, you can post reviews of products you endorse and then place affiliate links into the posts so that your viewers can buy them. You receive a commission for affiliate links, so its in your best interest to use them and include them whenever you can.

• Don't rely on just one niche web site for any significant source of income. Very few people are successful enough to make good earnings from one niche web site. In fact, you should create as many as you can and build up a portfolio of niche sites.
• Be careful of anyone offering to buy one of your niche sites. If you are getting heavy traffic, decent monthly earnings from Google Adsense and other ads, and enjoy adding content to it, why sell it? That four figure offer may not sound so great when you could be making three to four figures monthly from something you love doing!
