Things You'll Need:
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 can of cresent rolls
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- pepper
- oil
- butter
- season salt
- garlic salt
- rolling pin
- flour

Step 1
Turn your oven on 350 degrees and let it preheat. While you are waiting for the oven to preheat start cutting up your veggies in small pieces. Turn your stove on medium heat. Add a little oil and a spoonful of butter and sauté the onions and green peppers. Cook for about five minutes.

Step 2
Turn your stove on medium heat. Start frying your hamburger add some season salt,garlic salt and pepper not much just enough to season the hamburger. Cook until well done. Add your can of tomatoes,onions and green pepper. Cook for an additional five minutes.

Step 3
Open your can of crescent rolls(depending on how big you want them)flour your counter top and roll out the dough. With a glass cup cut out pieces from the dough.

When you get them all cut out add a spoonful of hamburger mixture to the center. Fold the dough over the hamburger and pinch with your fingers.

Get a baking dish and oil the bottom of the dish. Lay the empanadas on the dish. Put it in the oven And cook for about fifteen minutes or until golden brown. Take them out of the oven and let cool. Top of with my homemade guacamole.
