Make Cucumber Finger Sandwiches
Make Cucumber Finger Sandwiches

If you've ever wanted to make fancy finger sandwiches for yourself or party guest, here's a recipe for really good ones.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Six slices of bread
  • 1/2 Cup of chopped mint
  • 1/2 Cup cream cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon dill
  • 1 cucumber peeled and thinly sliced
  1. Step 1

Cut off the crusts of your bread. I've used both sour dough and multi-grain wheat bread and both were quite good. White bread would probably be nice as well.

  2. Step 2

Slice your cucumbers very thin. Set aside.

  3. Step 3

Mix dill, cream cheese and mint together in a bowl. Stir until it has a uniform color and texture.

  4. Step 4

Spread one side of your sandwiches with cream cheese spread. Then add a layer of cucumbers. Spread the other side of your sandwich with the cream cheese spread. Put sandwiches together.

  5. Step 5

Cut sandwiches into quarters. They're much more finger-y and fancy this way. If you intend to use these at a tea party, it's quite nice to present them on a fancy plate. Don't forget cookies and scones with your tea time. Enjoy my dears!
