Step 1
She does 30 minutes of cardio 5 days per week. So to get abs like her, you can run on a treadmill or elliptical, take a jog or run outside in your neighborhood, jump rope, dance - anything that keeps you moving for 30 minutes.

Perform abdominal exercises to make them stronger and more visible. Jessica likes to perform crunches on an exercise ball or Bosu Balance Trainer. Your core is forced to work to keep your body stabalized and balanced on the ball, so you're constantly working your abs.

To get abs like Jessica Alba, you also need to eat healthy and you need to make it a habit. Avoid processed foods and concentrate on eating foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and poultry and avoid sugar as much as you can.
