Mixing hair color and developer is a fairly straightforward process and takes only a minute to complete. Mixing is required to distribute the hair color all the way through the developer to provide even coloring for your hair.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Hair color Developer
  1. Step 1

    Open the bottle of white liquid. The bottle will have a nozzle as a lid.

  2. Step 2

    Unscrew the lid on the bottle of the hair color.

  3. Step 3

    Pour the contents of the hair coloring bottle into the white liquid developer and replace the nozzle cap.

  4. Step 4

    Hold the nozzle to ensure the bottle's contents do not accidentally spill, and shake vigorously to incorporate the two liquids.

  5. Step 5

    Apply the mixed liquid to your hair.

Tips & Warnings
  • Discard the unused portion of the mixed hair color and developer as it will deteriorate within hours.
  • If hair coloring should gets in your eyes, flush immediately with clean running water and seek medical attention, if necessary .
