How to Mix Hair Color & Developer

Mixing hair color and developer is a fairly straightforward process and takes only a minute to complete. Mixing is required to distribute the hair color all the way through the developer to provide even coloring for your hair.

Things You'll Need:

• Hair color Developer

1. Open the bottle of white liquid. The bottle will have a nozzle as a lid.

2. Unscrew the lid on the bottle of the hair color.

3. Pour the contents of the hair coloring bottle into the white liquid developer and replace the nozzle cap.

4. Hold the nozzle to ensure the bottle's contents do not accidentally spill, and shake vigorously to incorporate the two liquids.

5. Apply the mixed liquid to your hair.

Tips & Warnings

• Discard the unused portion of the mixed hair color and developer as it will deteriorate within hours.
• If hair coloring should gets in your eyes, flush immediately with clean running water and seek medical attention, if necessary .
