Instructions

    • 1

Glue five Popsicle sticks together in the shape of a person and dress the figure in clothes. You can purchase cheap doll clothes at a dollar store or use doll clothes you might have around the house. You may want to base your Voodoo doll on someone special, so keep this in mind when purchasing doll clothes and the yarn for hair.

    • 2

Stuff the clothes with cotton balls or loose cotton. You can use just about any soft material for stuffing, but cotton works well and it's cheap. Sew the ends of the arms and legs to keep the stuffing inside.

    • 3

Glue tiny colored buttons onto the Styrofoam ball for the eyes, nose and mouth of your voodoo doll. You can draw the face on if you prefer to do it that way. Glue the yarn hair onto your voodoo doll.

    • 4

Put Super Glue on both sides of the middle Popsicle stick (the body portion) and press the Styrofoam head down on the Popsicle stick.

    • 5

Add the seven pins to your voodoo doll. Each of the pins has a special meaning in voodoo magic: yellow (success), white (positive), red (power), purple (spirituality), green (money), blue (love) and black (repels negativity).
