Do you want to add that extra boom to your PC or home theater? First, you will need to be able to power your subwoofer indoors. You can do this by purchasing an AC/DC power converter that has sufficient current capacity. Make sure to purchase a converter that has more watt output than what your subwoofer produces. This is the safest way to make sure you have proper electrical current flowing back and forth, without the possibility of blowing any fuses. Also, you will want to make sure that the DC plug on the converter will fit into the input of your amplifier.

Once you have a proper converter, you should install it safely. It's always best to use a surge protector so as to not take up too much energy in one outlet. Also, make sure that you set up the converter in a convenient location near your computer. Be sure to read any additional instructions for setting up the converter before going on to the next step.

With the converter turned off, insert the AC plug into an AC outlet. Connect the DC plug from the converter into an input of your amplifier. The AC should now be converted to 12-volt DC power. This will help to not drain or hurt your computer or amp.

First, make sure that you have everything turned off to be safe. For creating a simple input between the amp and computer, you should use a 3.5-mm stereo plug/ RCA plug with 2 "Y" cables. First, plug the RCA cables into the amp. Next, insert the 3.5-mm stereo plug into the audio input of your computer.

For creating the connection between the amp and subwoofer, you should use a similar 3.5-mm stereo splitter adapter, which includes one male plug to two female plugs. You should first turn on your computer and then amp. You should now be able to hear sound from your computer on your subwoofers.
