People used to think of typical psychics only as mystical fortunetellers that were found in candle lit rooms behind bright neon signs. Mystery surrounded them, and many scoffed at their abilities and labeled them scam artists. However, today, psychic abilities in general are more and more often accepted and even sought out. Many people have even found some psychic ability within themselves. There are a few ways to tell if you are psychic, even as you go through a daily normal life.

Think of your phone calls. Do you often know who is calling before you answer and without called ID? Or do you often think of someone and then they call within a few moments? These instances are common for psychics and can happen often.

Ask a friend to give you the Zener card test. Zener cards are cards with symbols, colors, or pictures on them. The friend chooses a card without showing it, and you say which card you believe it is. Matching on many of them shows a psychic ability.

Write down your dreams. Keep a pad and pencil by your bed and write down your dreams as soon as you wake up. That way more is usually remembered. After a few weeks or so check for patterns in the dreams that may have actually happened in waking hours.

Look at people around you. If you see colors around them you are seeing an aura. These are energy fields found around each living thing but are not visible to the normal human eye. Psychics are often able to see auras even if other people cannot.

Explore your feelings. Psychics can sometimes feel the emotions of others as well as their own. This kind of psychic is called an empath. Being overwhelmed by an emotion suddenly, like sadness when there is nothing to be sad about, may mean you are feeling another's sadness.

Interesting yet as a proven, tested psychic your information on 'what psychics do" is not really correct the true Psychic doesnt predict the future as in my healing work I use my gifts and divination tools as a way to reveal, inform, guide and help my clients heal and chamge their path. Your resources bother me too have or did you talk to a true tested psychic? I urge you to do much more research on getting the real truth on subjects like this that are sensitive. Often judged and missunderstood.
