      Cut foam to fit firmly into the container. Add water if using fresh flowers.

      Cut pieces of greenery from the flowers. If using real flowers cut pieces of leather leaf or cedar for your centerpiece.

      Cut stems of flowers about twice as high as your centerpiece dish or container.

      Insert pieces of greenery and floral stems into the outer area of the container.

      Fill in the container with more flowers.

      Cut the stems on flowers in a different, complementary color. Place one in the center of the arrangement. Add two more in the front sides of the container.
