Using the Google Keyword Tool or a similar website, enter keyword terms associated with a particular niche blogging topic. You want a topic with at least five primary keywords that have a search volume of more than 20,000 per month. Also be sure to select "Show Avg. Estimated CPC" from the drop-down menu to view CPC. The CPC determines how much you can earn per ad click. The higher the CPC, the better the earning potential for a particular niche blogging topic.
