Crochet valentines on a sweater to create a whimsical and romantic outfit. The valentines are crocheted separately and then crocheted to the sweater. This pattern was made using 4-ply worsted weight yarn, and the valentine is 6 inches wide by 5 inches long. You can alter the size and bulk of the valentine by experimenting with different weight yarns and crochet hook sizes. The crocheted valentines work up very quickly. Make as many valentines as you would like and arrange in a pleasing manner on your sweater before crocheting them to the sweater.
