How to Set Up Bluetooth on Boost Mobile Phone

So you finally have your new Bluetooth Boost Mobile phone and you can't wait to connect it to your headset, laptop, and other cool gadget. But before you do anything else, take the time to properly set up your phone. Otherwise, you are setting yourself up for alot of frustration.

Instructions

1. Select the Bluetooth menu on your i335 cell phone.

2. Activate the Bluetooth feature by selecting "Setup." Then select "Power" and "On."

3. Select "Name" to change the name of your phone. Use the keypad to type in the name.

4. Select "Find Me Time" to set the amount of time you want your cell phone to be in the mode to discover other Bluetooth devices.

5. Connect the Bluetooth device to your i335 cell phone by selecting "Hands Free" then selecting "[Find Devices]."

6. Place your Bluetooth device next to your i335 cell phone then set the discover mode.

7. Press the "OK" button on the phone to search for your Bluetooth device.

8. When you see the name of the Bluetooth device on the display, press the "OK" button.

9. Select "Yes" to connect to the Bluetooth device.

10. Enter the PIN number indicated in your Bluetooth device's user manual then select "OK." Many times the PIN number is four zeroes "0000."
