The Samsung A900 is a Sprint cell phone that allows customers to browse the Internet directly on the phone. Because of this fact, you can easily download free ringtones directly to your cell phone. If you're unhappy with the ringtones you have found on the Internet, however, you can make your own Samsung A900 ringtones. The Myxer website allows you to convert any MP3 on your computer into a Samsung A900 ringtone without having to create an account or download any software.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Go to Myxer's "Make Your Own" page (see Resources below).

  2. Step 2

Click the "Browse" tab. Go to the folder or location on your computer where you store your MP3s. Choose the one you want to make as a Samsung A900 ringtone.

  3. Step 3

Click "Upload." In roughly 30 seconds, the MP3 will upload. Then, a "Customize" box will appear on the screen.

  4. Step 4

Change when the Samsung A900 ringtone begins by moving the small box located in the audio section. Make the ringtone longer or shorter by typing a number in the "Length" box. Avoid making your Samsung A900 ringtone larger than 25 seconds.

  5. Step 5

Click "Continue." Type in the phone number for your Samsung A900 in the new text box that appears. Click "Send to Phone," and your Samsung A900 will receive a message.

  6. Step 6

Open the Myxer message on your Samsung A900. Click on the key for "Options."

  7. Step 7

Select "Extract Address." Once you do, you will be able to select the Myxer link for your Samsung A900. Choose that link and then click the "Options" key once more. Then, choose "Go to URL."

  8. Step 8

Go to the bottom of the page using the arrows on your Samsung A900. Choose the "Download Ringtone" option to add the created ringtone to your Samsung A900.

Tips & Warnings
  • You will be charged for accessing the Internet on your Samsung A900 based on the details of your Sprint contract.
