Spray WD-40 all over the bolt and nut. Let it sit for twenty minutes and then try to loosen it.

Use your vise grips on the bolt next if you cannot loosen it with a manual wrench.

Try hammering the vise grips to loose the bolt.

Use a cheater bar on the vise grips. This is nothing more then a metal pipe that will fit over the handle of the vise grips. This will give you more leverage to loosen the bolt.

Use the Dremel with a metal cutting disc if all else fails to cut the bolt off.

Trying to remove the old faucet in kitchen under the sink. First problem, can't loosen the nuts to release the hot and cold water lines. Every time I crawl under the kitchen sink my spine seems to correct itself. Pop, pop, pop I hear my vertebrae line up. So if you've been having problems with your back clean out the space under the sink and crawl in turning your neck then your back. I have no chiropractic schooling but do know that if you look under the sink or under your car checking for accidental damage from backing out of the in-laws driveway you might be able to skip that chiropractic appointment but still have to have the plumber service your kitchen sink.

Put a cushion under sink, have someone hold the nut with a crescent, pliers or vice grip. Using faucet handle as a lever, rotate CLOCKwise. Faucet should rotate independent of the base. Worked for me.
