Cooking garlic rice is like making a fried rice. It helps you save money by making another recipe out of your extra rice that you made earlier. You don't have to cook a new set of rice just to keep it fresh.

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Gather your extra rice or leftover by scraping the botttom of your rice cooker and carefully placing them inside a plate.

  2. Step 2

    Use a spoon to take a stab at them and allow them to be separated. This helps it absorb the garlic flavor.

    Heat the non-stick frying pan on medium and put in a small amount of vegetable cooking oil. You can use other forms of cooking oil but I highly recommend the vegetable variety to help it keep healthy.

    Prepare slice garlic preferably cut into really small pieces.

    After the pan is heated with the oil, put the leftover rice into it!

    Drop the nicely cut garlic into the pan and mesh them properly. Always keep rotation to avoid burnt rice.

    You can add black pepper or any other ingredients you want to make it more personalized according to your taste and preference.
