Many multi vitamins on the market are targeted towards a certain audience. Some will say 'for men', or 'for women', etc. Make sure the multi vitamin you choose is meant for your use.

Now that you have a multi vitamin picked out, get a glass of water. It doesn't matter how big or how small it is, there just needs to be enough water to engulf one of your multi vitamins. So go ahead, drop a multi vitamin in your glass of water.

Let the glass of water sit with the multi vitamin in it for about 20 minutes. When you come back, the multi vitamin should be completely dissolved. If it is still solid, you NEED to pick a new multi vitamin.
