Cayenne is nature's life saver. It has the power to lower your cholesterol and blood pressure within seconds. Keep a small vile of cayenne tincture on you at all times if you are at risk for a heart attack.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Cayenne Pepper
  1. Step 1
     

    Just 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper mixed into water will lower cholesterol and blood pressure immediately. This could also provide you with an early morning kick to your step in place of your regular coffee.

  2. Step 2
     

    If you are at risk for heart attack you should have a tincture with you at all times. Cayenne pepper can restore blood flow back to the heart within three minutes by reducing coagulation thereby thinning the blood.

    It is the new aspirin!

  3. Step 3

    Start with 1/4 teaspoon a day and then work up to 1/4 teaspoon in the morning and 1/4 teaspoon at night. Eventually you should get up to one full teaspoon per day. Split half into morning and half into evening dosages.

  4. Step 4
     

    Capsules of cayenne pepper are a great alternative for any of with spice aversion.
