With today’s declining economy, one of the best investments you can make is buying cheap inventory to resell online for profit - and see a huge return on your investment in just a few days. Step 1

Each Target store has designated sections where they place marked down or orange ticked clearance merchandise. These sections are usually near the pharmacy, house wares, toys, and grocery. Look around your Target store for these clusters of clearance priced merchandise. If you can’t find them, ask a manager or employee.
Step 2

Toys are a fantastic item to sell online all year round. Target usually has a section of toys marked down either 50% or 75% off. Look for electronic learning toys like LeapFrog, V-Tech, and Fisher Price. Look for the game cartridges and cds as well. Target also has special 75% off toy clearance events several times a year. Visit the Target website to sign up for email alerts so that you can stay informed of special sales.
Step 3

Over the counter medicines are great sellers. Look on the end caps near the pharmacy for marked down items. Look for name brand medicines and always check the expiration date.
Step 4

Cosmetics and beauty products also do well. Manufacturers are constantly discontinuing products, shades, sizes, or colors of certain products and the discontinued items are marked down to clearance prices to make room on the shelf for the new products. Look for makeup, teeth whitening kits, hair color, anti-aging products, high end shampoo and hair products, and acne products.

You can combine grocery coupons with clearance items for huge savings. Target also accepts printable internet coupons, manufacturer coupons, their own store coupons, and coupons that print out at the end of the receipts. Be resourceful and save those coupons to use later when you find clearance items.
Step 6
