Things You'll Need

  • Lemons, lots of them
  • Knife
  • Juicer
  • Ice cube trays
  • Freezer
  • Plastic bags

Instructions

      Juicer, ice cube tray, and knife. That's all you need.

      Gather the juicer and ice cube trays. If you don't have a juicer, use your hand to squeeze the lemons.

      Roll the lemons on the counter to release the juice. Cut your lemons in half. Squeeze the juice out of the lemons using the juicer or just by squeezing the lemons with your hands.

      Remove any lemon seeds. Pour the juice in clean ice cube trays. Freeze the lemon juice in the ice cube trays. When frozen, each cube will be about one-quarter cup worth of lemon juice.

      Remove the lemon cubes from the tray when frozen. Store the lemon cubes in a plastic freezer bag. Next time you have a recipe that calls for lemon juice, use the appropriate number of lemon cubes.
