Things You'll Need:
- Lint-Free Cloth
- Micro fiber cloth like the one you would use to clean eyeglasses.
- Water (preferably distilled)
- Screen wipes
-
Step 1
The first step is to turn off your monitor.

Step 2
Copyright: WikipediaIf the screen is moderately dirty, use the micro fiber cloth (for eyeglasses) and lightly wipe the screen. Do not press hard. This cloth is great because it is gentle enough not to scratch the monitor but efficient enough to clean dust and oil.
-
Step 3
If you have hard to remove stains that are not coming off easily with the micro fiber cloth, then us the lint-free cloth and dampen it in distilled water. Then, gently wipe the screen again. This should remove any stubborn stains.

Step 4
