If you are anything like me you are looking for ways to trim the fat off your beauty budget. Here is a excellent way to exfoliate your skin without buying expensive beauty products. Just use baking soda instead. It's cheap and most of us already have it in our pantry.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/3 cup baking soda
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • Small bowl
  1. Step 1

Place the baking soda in the bowl.

  2. Step 2

Slowly pour the water in, stirring as you go. When you have a smooth, thin, paste you are ready to use it

  3. Step 3

In the shower take some of the baking soda exfoliation paste in your hand and start to rub in slow, gentle circles over your skin. You do not have to rub very hard. That will only cause irritation.

  4. Step 4

When you have covered the entire area rinse with warm water.

  5. Step 5

Use a moisturizer over the entire area that you exfoliated with the baking soda.

  6. Step 6

Enjoy your smooth skin for a fraction of the cost.
