Step 1
Set a goal to excercise everyday. Do sit ups, push ups, and some kind of cardio. Cardio could be running down the road, or treadmill at the gym.

Step 2
Watch your calories! This is a very important step. You need to burn the amount of calories that you take in, so excersising makes sure those calories don't go to your belly!

Step 3
Drink water only! This kind of relates to the calories section but this one is very important. If you drink sodas all day long, well there is your problem. One soda has TONS of calories, and just cutting these out will help you drastically.

Step 4
Keep on excersising! At first it will be hard to keep it a habit, but if you make a list and post it where you will see it each day you will be more likley to actually do it.
Once you have a list make sure to push yourself more than the last day. If you did 5 push up yesterday, do 10 today. Decide to not be lazy and get rid of that fat!
