Things You'll Need:
- Cardstock or stationery
- Corner Punch
- Hole Punch
- Ribbon (3/16 in. wide)
- Computer
- Printer
- Envelopes
- Paper cutter

Step 1
Decide the on style of card you wish to make for your wedding invitation. Will it be elegant and formal? Whimsical and casual? Simple and sweet? Or something else entirely?

Step 2
CardstockVisit your local craft store to buy your invitations' accessories such as ribbon, stamps, or punches based on your style and wedding theme.
For the paper, try your local office supply store or the craft and stationery departments of your local Walmart. -
Step 3
Three invites per pageOpen a word processor on your computer such as Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or Abi Word. (You can also use speciality software such as Print Shop, Microsoft Publishing, or other software you may previously have installed.)
Set your layout for a brochure theme or 3-column width. Wedding invitations this size will fit into a standard #10 size envelope. -
Step 4
Wedding InvitationType the body of your invitation. Center it within each column. Choose a font that is pleasing to the eye, fits your wedding style, and is easy for your guests to read.
[HINT: The copy and paste feature will allow you to easily duplicate the information for each column.] -
Step 5
Clip artAdd clip art or another graphic if desired.

Print out a sample copy of the invitation. Check for layout, spelling, and to make sure all information is correct.
Once you verify your sample, print out the desired number of invitations. -
Step 7
Paper CutterCut the invitations apart using a paper cutter.

Step 8
Punch two holes, thumb width apart (about an inch), in the center top of the invitations.
Cut a small piece of ribbon, then pull each end through a hole from the back and tie into bow on the front. -
Step 9
Take a corner punch and punch each corner of your invitations with the design.

Step 10
Place each invitation in an envelope and you are ready to invite your guests to your to join you on your wedding day. Address, mail, and cross off ''Send out invitations'' from your To Do list.
