Dip a clean rag into some warm water that has been mixed with a touch of mild liquid soap and squeeze out all excess moisture. Rub the damp rag over the walls to remove dust residue. This should be done on a monthly basis.

3
Clean all household linens, such as curtains and bedspreads, using your usual laundry detergent. Read the tags on the pieces before washing them to ensure you are not doing something that will ruin the fabric.

4
Vacuum the carpet thoroughly to remove embedded dust at least every other day. If you do not have carpet, sweep and/or mop the floor on a weekly basis to keep it dust free.
