How to Make Brownie Sundaes

Whether you need a fantastic dessert to serve for company, or just feel the need to indulge yourself with a delicious treat, these brownie sundaes will do the trick!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• One box of brownie mix - prepared according to package directions
• Chopped nuts
• Ice cream - your favorite flavor
• Chocolate Syrup, hot fudge &/or Caramel Sauce
• Sprinkles (jimmies)
• Marichino cherries

1. Divide your brownies into nice size squares - one for each individual sundae. Place it on your dessert plate or in a dessert bowl. (Bowls are better to use than plates, so the melting ice cream does not drip off the plate).

2. If you want to serve these with warm brownies, warm them up for a few seconds in the microwave just before adding the ice cream.

3. Put one large scoop of your favorite flavor of ice cream on top of the brownie.

4. Add chopped nuts, if desired.

5. Add chocolate sauce, hot fudge or caramel sauce depending upon your preference.

6. Spray a liberal amount of whipped cream on top and garnish with sprinkles and a cherry or two!

7. Serve & enjoy!

Tips & Warnings

• You can make the brownies ahead of time, but it's best to add the ice cream just as you are going to eat it.
• To cut calories and fat, substitute light ice cream and whip cream for the regular versions!
• Crumble one brownie into pieces and put it over the dessert when serving.
