Beer battered chicken is an easy to make dish, that is full of taste and flavor. Beer battered chicken only takes a few minutes to actually prepare, and only 10 minutes to cook. This is a dish that the whole entire family can enjoy. Get ready to learn how to make the best beer battered chicken.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 can of your favorite beer
  • A couple of thin-sliced chicken breasts
  • Grill
  • Mixing bowl
  1. Step 1

Decide whether you are going to use a grill or stove top. Either way, your chicken will be grilled not fried, leaving you with a somewhat healthy, low fat, high protein meal.

Once you have decided where you want to cook your chicken, begin taking the chicken out of the package and washing it off.

  2. Step 2

Next, place the chicken breast in a large mixing bowl. Pour some of your favorite beer, whether it is Sam Adam's, Bud Light, or Blue Moon, into the bowl and over the chicken. Make sure that the entire cutlet is covered and submerged with beer.

Put the bowl into the fridge, and let the chicken marinate for a few hours. The longer you let the chicken marinate, the more beer flavor the chicken will have.

  3. Step 3

When you are ready to cook, take the chicken out of the fridge. Turn the grill/stove on to high. Spray the surface down with some non-stick spray.

Once the pan/grill is hot enough, begin grilling. You want to sear both sides of the chicken until you have some nice grill marks. Preferably, it'll take around 3-4 minutes on each side to get the grill marks.

After you have seared the chicken, which helps keep the flavor and juices in, lower the heat to medium and cook slowly until the meat is no longer pink on the inside.

When done, serve and enjoy! This meal goes great with sweet potato french fries.
